There will be quite a bit of difference between the two. You see, the 10750H has only 6 cores and 12 threads, while the 10875H has 8 cores and 16 threads. And as 6k workflows become more common, the 10875H will be a bit better equipped to handle it.

And this assumes that everything else in that given laptop is equal - the GPU, disks and RAM. And that's not to mention that software bloat also impacts system performance.
