We just got a real kick in the head - Digital Juice has shut down with no warning whatsoever. We were a lifetime member. Now we have no source of video elements such as lower third graphic backgrounds, wipes, and other effects.
I'd love to hear about other options. It looks like the templates on Adobe Stock are pretty limited.

Where do you see the deactivation code on the site?

Where exactly? That's what I'm asking (Your link is misspelled, BTW). I'm a member of the Exchange. I've uploaded DJ files for others to use and also downloaded. I see the download link for the Juicer (and have downloaded it). What I don't see is the cracked version (Mac). I have literally hundreds of DJ products (as well as a bunch of DJ gear), as I've been a member since way before they instituted the "lifetime" programs. Many I can pull off of my DVD's; but some are requiring my activation codes (which are not being accepted). I was informed the cracked version bypasses the activation code requirement. But I can't seem to locate it on the Exchange website.

Email them at the address on the website.

Already did that. Had brief email conversation and was sent a "rar" file I was told some members had used to "unlock" the Juicer. But can't find an app on the Mac that will extract the "rar." The ones I've found are all older and don't work with Apple Silicon.

Their library is incredible. Almost all DJ files and all BusyBoxx family files. I joined after reading your post.

Thank you so much to lead me to digitaljuiceexchange.com . Their library of the BusyBoxx files and Digital Juice files are unbelievable. I have questions regarding the Juicer and they always respond promptly.

I was a lifetime member too - loved their music - I have to believe all of those assetts are on a server somewhere that I wish someone would re-enable - especially for the lifetimers.
I biught int Melody Music - I find it is not as good but at least there are no monthly subscriptions - just a flat one-time fee that I bought into for life. Hopefully for more than the life of the owner of that site.
If anyoneknows anyone at Digital Juice add my vote to resgoring the content - even if it doesn't get renewed there was a lot of good stuff to be had.

DJ had pretty much abandoned new content years ago, all going to BusyBoxx, but it was still worth the nominal fee each month for access to the huge library. I wish they had handled it better and definitely wish i had downloaded my BusyBoxx content. That was a lot of stuff purchased.

Sheesh! Founding Lifetime Subscription member and hadn't had a need for my content in the past few months until today and saw that and BusyBoxx, their other company where most new content was being shuffled, are permanently closed. The BusyBoxx stuff was purchased, not subscription content, and now no access.
I checked my email and there was no notice from Boxx or Digital Juice about things ending. Just stopped. Immediately. There had to have been a better way, especially for subscribers.
My condolences to the family. I appreciate what David Hebel did.
I have a lot of DJ content on disc, but no DVD drive anymore (for a while 🙄) My condolences to the family, but this is frustrating.

Joined http://digitaljuiceexchange.com last month. They have all the Boxx sets and almost all DJ files. At least I got a chance to retrieve the DJ and BusyBoxx files that I paid for, plus more. They now offer a two day cancellation guarantee. You can still download quite a number of files in that two days if you decide not to join.

I'm another lifetime member. I'm a graphic artist that purchased the lifetime membership at a time when my income was taking off so I was able to invest. These days things are much harder. Never used the content too much but it was good that it was available there and every now and then it was great to find assets for promotional videos for my products and such. Went today to look for it as I have need right now and to my shock found out my lifetime membership doesn't works anymore. My condolences to the family for the passing of Digital Juice founder but somebody should make it right to the lifetime members and offer a way to download the content. Like others said business is business.

I joined http://digitaljuiceexchange.com a month ago. They have all the Boxx's files and most of the Digital Juice files for members to download. They now offer a two day cancellation guarantee for people to try their system. Really happy that I joined this platform.

Was a Lifetime member and had no announcement or warning of the closing. This is bad business.

I too was a lifetime member. Use to download files directly whenever needed. It was really shocking that they closed down.

As not a longtime user of DJ, do they have some modern stuff, as most of the folders I've looked at seemed pretty dated, and mostly just a bunch of video or still files.

I started out using DJ back when the only product they had was a 16 CD bundle of graphics and motionbacks. It was in Burbank, CA during an Videomaker Expo. I have purchased from them ever since and became a lifetime member too. I do have thousands of dollars of their DVD disks, which I will have to upload to you all eventually. Terabytes of content though. 😬 I aggree though, they had several employees to make "how to" videos and demonstrations using their products. Where did they go? I would have even offered an idea to run the company with a percentage still going to their family. Also, where did all the content and photo/video hardware products go? I think another company has it all, but needs time (alot of time) to reconfigure it to their branding......

I, too, was a Lifetime member that got blindsided one day in November 2023 when I went to the site to look for more stuff to download. Like many of you, I wished I had downloaded way more items but who could have foreseen this sudden shutdown? This is the second time I've experienced something like this online.
The owner(s) really should have had a succession or continuity plan.
What's really weird is the comment from the lady saying she couldn't find any proof of the owner's death online. Man, did we all just get taken for a ride?
I'll look into the DJ exchange site in the meantime.

I'm way late to this conversation. Somehow, I guess I didn't log in over the past year?? I was traveling, so maybe it fell to the back burner. However, we paid for subscriptions. Can they not simply keep the libraries accessible, even if they're not being updated?
