Because nowadays "Creative Cloud Desktop apps" It's not marketed, advertised, targeted. like "Creative Suite Master Collection" was.
Now It's like You can do anything you want in a few clicks anywhere, now It's promoted as everyone and anyone apps bundle to have as standard, from pros to first timers, to use professionally or for fun.
So, the more Its presented as "also" as for everyone, all levels, the more It has to be mindless to deal with technical issues, if the person don't know how to use all resources, ok. But that same person doesn't need to know nothing about technical issues at all.
