Why I can not view my index.cfm

Good Day to you all, i already install my coldfusion server stand alone and settting up a sample server as what the tutorials instructed me but when i try to preview the index.cfm i have encountered an error heres my directory http://127.0.0.1:8500/cfide/gettingstarted/tutorial/index.cfm and these is what appear in my internet explorer windows:

Element LOCALE is undefined in REQUEST.


Please try the following:
Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

I am using the intaller Mx7 Stand alone server, can you gave me an idea of what my probs is all about...?

Element LOCALE is undefined in REQUEST
Frost Bite, that is usually caused by a well-known error in one of Coldfusion's Getting-Started scripts. Obtain more information about it and a fix .
