Flash Player is not supported on any mobile device (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc).  Any Flash Player app available in app stores is not from Adobe and could be malicious.

The recommendation for mobile devices is to use a browser that renders Flash Player in the cloud, eliminating the need to install Flash Player on the device.  There are several options.  Perform a search for 'Flash Player browser Android' and you should get results for several options.
