年間２４００円にてカード決済したにもかかわらず、無料段階の登録になっております？

上記IDにて登録時に、PDFをword,exelに変換するために２００円/月

でカード決済しましたが、マイページで確認しても無料登録のままです。

対処してください。

    Hi meiwa.kawano,

    I've checked your account, but don't see record of any subscription orders. Did you perhaps use a different email address when you signed up? Or, did you sign up via the Reader mobile app? (If you signed up via Reader for mobile, the app store from which you purchased the subscription must handle any problems with that subscription.)
