Hi witcrew1234,

Since you already own two copies of Acrobat (which the licensing agreement says can be installed on up to two computers--one primary computer for work use, and a secondary for home use), you should only need to purchase a TLP license for the remaining eight members of your staff.

Best,

Sara

Hi witcrew1234,

I'm afraid that I'm having trouble understanding the translation, but I see that you're interested in volume licensing for Acrobat.

Dear Sara

Thanks for your reply. Yes you are right. I am interested in TLP right now.

However, our company bought two of  Adobe Acrobat XI for windows from, however we decided to buy for all members.

We have 10 members right now, and since there is 2 Acrobat already, we thought we need to buy 8 more, however Acrobat Customer support told me that buying Acrobat from Amazon belongs to the user, not to the company and purchasing Acrobat from TLP belongs to company. If so, do we need to purchase TLP licence for 10 members? or 8 mebers? We care about compliance, and I want to know what is right for our company.

Thanks!
