AfterEffectsをインストールできません/I can't install AfterEffects

AfterEffectsをインストールしようとしているのですが、必ず46%で止まってしまいます。何時間待っても進みません。

他のアプリは問題なくインストールできるのですが、AfterEffectsのみ過去バージョンも含めてインストールすることができません。

もちろん、互換性等の確認もすべて致しました。

どうすればいいでしょうか？

I'm about to install AfterEffects but I can't do it. Progress always stops at 46%.

I waited more than two hours but it didn't progress more than 46%.

However other Adobe softwares could work well.

セサミクソニート please check the install and dlm log to determine the fatal error that is preventing the installation of After Effects CC. You can find information on how to locate and interpret the logs at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-log-files.html.
