Flash Player のアンインストールのやり方がわかりません

Flash Player のアンインストーラーをダウンロードし
Flash Playerをコンピューターから削除しますからアンインストールを選択しました
コンピューターを再起動し
残りのファイルを削除します。のところに記載されていた
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\FlashのなかにあるFlashUtil_ActiveX.exeなどを削除しようとしたのですが
アクセス許可が必要とされ削除できませんでした
どうしたらC:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flashフォルダを削除できますか
