flash player　をプロキシ経由でダウンロードしたい。

勤務先のPCにflash playerをダウンロードしたいのですが、プロキシ経由でできません。

プロキシ用のWEBのページを利用しましたが、ページが表示されません。

Win７で職場のメール利用にIE8を利用しているため、この環境でダウンロードできる方法を教えてください。

よろしくお願いします。
