IE11で電子ブックが開けない

Windows Server 2012r2のIE11で電子ブックを開こうとすると、"Now Loading"のあと"error_code：006"と表示され、電子ブックが開けません。

Flashは「デスクトップエクスペリエンス」でインストールしました。

Flashバージョンは"23.0.0.207"です。

    maybe you need to deactivate the internet explorer from your windows . or to resettlement it   !

    有難うございます。

    InternetExplorer11は業務に必要で、削除することはできないのです。

    いろいろ調べてみると、共有オブジェクトが作成されておりませんでした。

    "c:/Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Macromedia/Flash Player/#SharedObjects/web_domain/path_to_application/application_name/"

    本来ならば、この場所に"****.sol"というファイルができるかと思いますが、存在しませんでした。

    Is your e-book located on your local filesystem?
