Safari、Opera等でインストール出来ません

MacBook使用しています。バージョン１０．１１．６

GoogleChromeではインストール出来て正常に作動していますが

Safari、Opera等他のブラウザでいきなりフラッシュプレイヤーが使えなくなり

インストールしようとしても途中で止まってしまい

GoogleChromeの方が立ち上がりヘルプのページに飛ばされます。

Safariはフラッシュプレイヤーをアンインストールして再度インストールしようとしましたが

同じ状態になって全くインストール出来ません。

ずーっとこの状態が続いて解決方法が分からず困っています。

素人なので詳しく教えて頂けると幸いです。

Hi mon-inaka

What is the name of the installer file you are using?  Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh?  (sorry it's in English only) and configure your system to obtain the 4 log files (Adobe_ADM.log, Adobe_GDE.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, and install.log).  Run the installer again until it returns the error, then close the installer dialog window by clicking the yellow button.  Upload the 4 files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
