Win7-32bit, Chrome32-bit flash movieがCPU100%近くになります

Windows7 Chrome32-bit 最新版(43.0.2357.81 m)をつかっていますが、以前のバージョンからずっとflash 動画(CNN.comやBloomberg.comなど)をみるとCPUがいつも100%近くになり、CPUのファンがうるさく、動画もかくかくしてしまいます。

IE11では何の問題もありません。ChromeでPPAPIタイプで使っていますが、なんとか改善できないものでしょうか？　PCもOSも32-bitなのですが、まだまだ現役で使用してゆきたいと思っています。PCが古く、Chromeも32-bitだからと切り捨てる姿勢には関心できません。
