illustratorCS5のワークスペースの保存について

illustratorCS5でウインドウ／ワークスペースを保存が出来ません。

ワークスペースの保存名を変更してもダメ、illustratorを再インストールしてもダメです。

C:\Users\onesixthree\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS5.1 Settings\**\ワークスペース

のフォルダの中は空っぽです。

解決方法がわかる方はご指導よろしくお願い致します。

    You may try a full reinstallation:

    A) Uninstall (ticking the box to delete the preferences),

    B) Run the Cleaner Tool, and

    C) Reinstall.
