表題の通り、他のIllustrator（.eps）データーの段落および文字スタイルの読み込みを行ってもスタイルが増えません。

Illustratorのバージョンは28.4.1です

読み込み先と読み込む両データ形式をAIファイルに変換すると、スタイルの読み込みが可能でした。

これでスタイルの共通化作業がスムーズになりそうです。
