iPadで作成したpngの透明箇所が黒くなる

iPadのPhotoshopやfrescoで作成した水彩風のpngファイルをIllustratorで開くと透明な箇所が薄い黒になります。Photoshopで開いても黒くはなりません。IllustratorもPhotoshopもiPadを使っています。ご教授ください。よろしくお願いします。
