イラストレーターCS6

先日MacBook Proの調子が悪くなり、ハードを交換したのですが、その後イラストレーター（CS６）を起動しても起動しなくなったので、アンインストールして再度インストールして、インストールは問題なくできるのですが、起動しません。

adobeの文字がつくファイルもすべて削除してやっているのですが、どうしても起動せず、困っています。

コンピューターに詳しくないので、わかる方、わかりやすく説明お願いします(T_T)

    Did you use a full reinstallation?

    A) Uninstall (ticking the box to delete the preferences),

    B) Run the Cleaner Tool, and

    C) Reinstall.
