シリアル番号が無効

katayanagi51さんのご指摘があるように環境情報をまずは明示する必要はありますが、同時にインストール方法としても明確にすることが必要です。

もしDVDディスクからの場合はドライブ不良によるエラーもありえるため、ドライブを交換するか、インストーラーの中身をすべてデスクトップに用意した任意のフォルダ内にコピーし、デスクトップ側のインストーラーを起動することも確認してみてください。
