ペンツール使用時のキーボードショートカットについて

イラストレータCC（24.0.2）ですが、ペンツール使用時において、ctrlキー押下により一時的に選択ツールを使用する際、これをダイレクト選択と選択を切り替えるキーボードショートカット（メニューコマンド下のその他の選択～「選択ツールを切り替え」）が機能しないのは何故でしょう？多角形描画ツールや円ツール、テキストや拡大縮小など、他のツール使用時には問題なく切り替わります。ペンツールでオブジェクトを描画中に、傍らにあるグループ化されたオブジェクトをちょっと移動したい時など私の作業環境では極めて多用するため、非常に不便で困っています。これまで使用してたCS6まではこのようなことが無かったのですが、この挙動はCCの仕様なのでしょうか？どなたかご存じでしたらご教示願います。

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of the Operating System.
    2. Is this happening on a specific file?
    3. Please close all the other applications and reboot the device and only launch Illustrator and check again if it works.
    4. If this is happening on multiple files you can also try resetting the preferences for Illustrator. Please try the steps shared in the help article:

    Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. The locations are mentioned in the article.

    1.OS version is Windows10 Pro 1909 (18363.592)
    2. Occurs in all files.
    3. The same goes for Illustrator only.
    4. Even after resetting the preferences, it was the same.

     

    Postscript: Correct the problem to a more accurate expression. "The selection tool by pressing the ctrl key when using the pen tool can only select the direct selection tool." It was the same even when confirmed on another PC. Thank you.
