1. 楕円を描画
2. 左上を基点に縮小複製
3. 左下のセグメントを削除して微調整
4. 線幅を太くして線幅プロファイル5を適用
5. 180度回転複製

別の方法 (スマートガイドの使用 )：

直線ツールをクリックしたままにします。スパイラルツール を選択します。

1）最初の外側の曲線：セグメント数：3。合うように調整します。コピーを円の中心を中心に180度回転させます。
2）内側の曲線：セグメント数：2外側の曲線に合うように調整します。コピーを円の中心を中心に180度回転させます。
3）パスの連結。
4）円で複合パスを作ります。

Another way (use smart guides):

Click and hold the line segment tool. Select the spiral tool.

1) First outer curve: Number of segments: 3. Adjust to fit. Rotate a copy 180 degrees round the center of the circle.
2) Inner curve: Number of segments: 2 Adjust to fit outer curve. Rotate a copy 180 degrees round the centre of the circle.
3) Join paths.
4) Make compound path with circle.

おおよそのイメージでよいなら、楕円ツールで2つの楕円を作成し、その後、うねりツールで回転を掛けるという手もあります。ただし、できるだけ合わせたいというのであれば何回も試行しなければなりません。

You will be better off just drawing it.

Draw one of those parts (using the pen tool) and then duplicate it. Since the template is not even symmetric, you will have to do some construction work with this. You need to improve it as you work along.
