保存ができない

Illustratorで作成したデータを保存しようとすると、保存であれ別名保存、複製保存、書き出しであっても、「ファイルが見つかりません。ファイル名を探して再実行してください。」と表示されてしまい全く保存ができません。

再インストールなども試しましたがダメでした。対処法などを教えてくださると嬉しいです。

Which version and which system is it?

Where are you saving the file? If not on a local disk, please save to your harddisk

If this is Mac OS, please try and turn off iCloud

If you don't have a printer set up, please set up one.
