    Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

    Are you trying to zoom in and zoom out an Ai file or you have already exported your work in some different format?

    Please share a detailed video of the workflow so that we can further assist you.

    The auto translation seems unclear, could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Appearance, Control, …) to illustrate your issue.

    Does unchecking Illustrator > Preferences > Performance > GPU Performance and restarting Illustrator make a difference?
