文字、段落パネルに数値

テキストレイヤーを新たに作成しようとした際、正しく入力されないことが度々あり、その際、文字パネルや段落パネルを確認すると、各項目に【--21474836.,(】という数値が設定されています。各パネルを初期化するか、0に戻す必要があり、何度かバージョンアップしても改善されません。

Windows版のIllustratorのようですが、具体的な利用バージョンは何でしょうか。

また環境設定のリセットをしているかどうか、というのはあります。

まずはそのあたりの確認をしてみてください。
