Lightroom6でiPhone 7plusから動画(.mov)を読み込むとプレビュー(サムネイル)が緑色になって表示されません。

    Hi Sat,

    Please try double clicking the thumbnail (putting it in player mode), click the gear icon, advance the video by at least one frame by clicking the frame forward icon, click on the monitor icon and select "set poster frame".

    Hi sat,

    Please share the screen shot for the problem for the better understanding the issue, you can try turn off the graphics processor from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps.

    Open Lightroom > Go to Edit menu > Preferences > Performance tab > Un-check Graphics Processor > Restart.
