LightroomでHDDが認識されません

Close Lightroom Classic, on your MAC bring up System Preferences (the MACOS system Preferences) select Security and Privacy. Select Privacy, scroll down to Files and Folders, for Lightroom Classic and while you are at it Photoshop, make sure all boxes are checked. The number of boxes may vary based on what types of storage Lightroom Classic has attempted to access.

Are you looking in source/device or source/files

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Lightroom Classic.

Would you mind sharing the operating system you are using? Are you able to see the external drive using the file exporer/Finder on your computer?

Please try to disconnect and reconnect the drives to check if that helps. Also, try changing the source using the "Select a source" option on the top left.
