アップデートする度に毎回ショートカットキーのコマンドが効かなくなるのはどうしてですか？毎回この症状がおきます。

アップデートするたびに毎回コマンドが効かなくなるって事は、ずっとコマンドが使えないって事でしょうか？

再起動すると直るとかそういう類ですか？

11.5はショートカットの一部が使えない不具合があるそうです。
