PENTAXの件

バージョンを明確にしてください。当方は Lr 9.2.1, CameraRaw 12.2.1 を使っています。

このバージョンではメーカー選択というものはありません。

例えばNIKON D850ではカメラマッチングにこの様に表示されます。

ここに表示されるプロファイルはインストールされているプロファイルより自動的に選ばれます。

全てのカメラにプロファイルが用意されているわけではありませんので、プロファイルがインストールされていなければ、カメラプロファイルという項目自体が表示されません。Pentax では以下のカメラプロファイルが使用できます。

ここに無いカメラの場合は Adobe が用意している汎用のプロファイルを使うことになります。

The screenshot shows that you're looking at the lens profiles (camera profiles are different). Triple-check that you're editing a raw file--most lens profiles are for raws only, not JPEGs or TIFFs.  It's not uncommon for the camera settings to get reset somehow and not notice you're now shooting JPEG.
