If you are using the cloud version of Lightroom, you only have a specified amount of cloud storage which is dependent on the plan you are subscribed to. Your choices are to remove images from the cloud to provide more space or pay a higher subscription fee to acquire more storage space in the cloud.

If you are using Lightroom Classic and are running short on storage space than its time to add another external hard drive or a larger external hard drive.
