Sorry that the metadata displayed incorrectly as the time taken is different than what the metadata section is reflecting.

Which version of Lightroom are you using?

It is possible that the time on your camera and operating system have different time zones set. Could you please check this as the time zone difference can unknowingly affect this. 

Also, when you apply Metadata > Edit Capture Time to a number of photos, the corrected time is applied to the most selected photo, and the dates of all the other photos are adjusted by the same amount.
