Hi there,

 

We are sorry about the experience with Lightroom Classic while trying to import images from your hard drive.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom Classic you are using by going to the "Help" menu? Do you have a different hard drive that you can test the import with?

 

Please go to the "System Preferences" of your Mac, then select "Security and Privacy", then select the "Privacy" tab. Then go to "Accessibility" list and add Lightroom Classic to the list. Also, grant permissions to the Lightroom Classic under "Full disk access" and "Files and folders". Once done, restart Lightroom Classic and check if that helps.
