AEからmedia encoderでの書き出し

AfterEffects CC2018

MediaEncoder CC2018

を使用しています。

AEから「メディアエンコーダーで書き出し」をしたいのですが、

「メディアエンコーダーがインストールされていません」というエラーが出てしまい書き出しができません。

試しに

AfterEffects CC2019

MediaEncoder CC2019

で書き出してみたところなんのエラーも出ず書き出せたのですが、CC2018ではなぜエラーが出てしまうのでしょうか？

    Thanks for reaching out. The dynamic link works when the version of both the applications is in sync. Here, it would be interesting to know the exact version of CC 2018 (AE and AME) installed on your machine.

    If you are comfortable using CC 2019 version then you may continue using that, otherwise, we're here to help. The information that we need to troubleshoot the issue is the exact version of CC 2018 installed.     Note: This link is for Premiere Pro but the process is similar for After Effects and Media Encoder.
