MacのOSバージョンも最新にしています。

どうすれば良いでしょうか？

僕自身は、CreativeCloudという、Adobeソフト全体を管理するアプリを入れて、その後にPremiereProをインストールしています。

こちらのサイトでPremiereProの項目で「ダウンロード」を押すとCreativeCloudアプリをインストールできると思います。
