After Effectsでつくった動画をpremiere proで編集しようとすると音声のみになってしまいます in macOS

＞premiere proで編集しようとすると音声のみになってしまいます。

私はPremiere Pro側について書いてみます。

①まずは、Premiere ProとAfter Effectsのバージョン、macOSのバージョンを提示ください。

②Premiere Proの「ソースモニター」で再生して映像が表示されない場合は、Premiere Proでサポートされていないコーデックが使用されている可能性があります。

⇒コーデックの見直しをしてください。

③「タイムライン」パネルに映像と音声クリップが配置され、「プログラムモニター」に映像が表示されない場合は、ビデオトラックヘッダー部の「トラックの切り替え（目玉）」アイコンが押されている可能性があります。

⇒「トラックの切り替え（目玉）」アイコンを再度押します。

④「タイムライン」パネルに映像クリップが配置されない場合は、トラックヘッダー部の「挿入や上書きを行うソースのパッチ」のアイコンが「A1」のみ押され「V1」が押されていない可能性があります（下図赤枠部）。

⇒「V1」も押します。または「V1」、「A1」両方とも押されていない状態にします。

Audio only in Premiere Pro usually means that you're using a CODEC that Premiere Pro cannot play.

If you render from After Effects using the Render Queue set to Best Settings for the Output Module and Lossless for the Render Settings, the file will be very large but the picture and sound will show in Premiere Pro.

Since you're on Mac, I recommend rendering to Apple ProRes422 (HQ) or Apple ProRes422 (LT). Use LT if you're tight on hard drive space.  Make sure that your Premiere Pro Sequence is set to Apple ProRes422 as well.

I see, that's not ideal. 

Following information will help us to understand the issue with the exported video:

• Which version of Premiere Pro and After Effects are you using?
• Share a screen shot of the export settings.
• What happens when you play the video in a media player. For e.g. VLC player.

Also, you can try exporting the video using Adobe Media Encoder if you haven't already.
