Premiere Pro 2020で書き出し（エンコーディング）が進まない
書き出しをする際、レンダリングまではできるのですが、エンコーディングが0%からまったく進みません。一晩経っても0%のままで、エラーとか何も表示されません。
media encorderのほうも試してみたのですが、出力プレビューに何も表示されない状態です。
この現象がなんなのか、原因と解決策が分かる方いらっしゃいましたら、ご教授ください、よろしくお願いします。
