クロップ調整に関して

テロップや写真のクリップを調整する際に、取り込んだ音声のカットしたクリップに合わせて調整し、調整の際は音声の頭や尻に合わせると矢印が出る、またはMacのトラックパッドの感度でうまく調整できていたが、何を触ったのか急に調整出来なくなってしまいました。 調整の矢印が出なくなる他、Macのトラックパッドの感度での調整もできません。 解決方法わかる方ご教示いただけますと幸いです。 解決法を教えてください。
