You tube に動画をアップロードしようとすると、以下のメッセージが出てきます。

このアプリでは「Google でログイン」機能が一時的に無効このアプリは Google での確認がまだ完了していないため Google ログインを使用できません。

Google のアカウント　セキュリティーでアプリがブロックされていないか確認しましたが、特にブロックはされていません。

どのようにすればいいでしょうか？
