Spark Library Templates Will Not Open?

I am trying to access my Templates in the Library in Adobe SPARK. When I click to create a new project from a template - I get a quick pop up adobe screen and then it fails - nothing opens. I have tried on several templates in several libraries in my SPARK.

I have cleared my cache

I have logged out and back in

Anyone else having this issue?
