Automatic URL creation bug, wrong URL and information in the tool-tip

In this case, the issue involved displaying or linking information for the wrong client, which could have resulted in very unfavorable optics for both our business and department. Strangely, while the tooltip and URL appeared correctly on the right-hand side, the left-hand side displayed incorrect information.

I did not create any link in InDesign, I revisited my document to investigate the root cause. However, I’m still at a loss to explain this anomaly. 

Could someone please take a closer look and address this?
