Hi 명환김,

Could you please confirm if you are getting a blank window when trying to open a pdf file using File > Open option?

Have you tried opening pdf file by locating it in Windows Explorer > right click > Open with > Adobe Acrobat DC, does that work?

Also, try rebooting the machine if you haven't already and see if that resolves the issue.

재부팅 했는데도 저장이 안될경우 어떻게 합니까?

pdf 만들기 이후 저장이 안됨.
