System crashes or freezes when using the Preflight function.

After updating Acrobat to the latest version, using the Preflight function on a PDF file causes a warning window to appear (as shown in the attachment) and makes the program stop responding.
It becomes completely unresponsive, as if it has crashed.
It seems to be an issue with the latest version.
