White Pop-Up Appears and Acrobat Freezes After Startup
Acrobat 프로그램을 실행하면 10초 뒤쯤 흰색 팝업창 같은것이 뜨고 실행 종료도 안됩니다. 이미 커뮤니티 다른 게시글에서 확인해서 AcroCleaner Tool 을 사용해서 여러 번 재설치를 했는데도 해결되지 않고 있는 상황입니다. 해결 방법 알려주세요
When I launch Adobe Acrobat, a white pop-up window appears after about 10 seconds, and the program becomes unresponsive. I can’t even close it properly.
I’ve already checked similar issues on the community forum and used the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to uninstall and reinstall the program multiple times, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
Could you please let me know how to fix this issue?
