아크로뱃 하얀 팝업창 뜨면서 먹통

다른 어도비 프로그램은 다 괜찮은데 아크로뱃만 실행 시 3-5초 후에 하얀색 팝업이 뜨면서 먹통이 됩니다.

앱에서 나가지지도 않고 강제종료를 해야만 창이 꺼집니다

클리너 사용해서 몇번이나 전부 지웠다 깔았고 계속 계속 반복되는데 다른 방법 없나요? 

신기능 설명 팝업이 문제라면 그거 좀 안뜨게 업데이트 해주셔야 하는거 아닌가요?

Other Adobe applications work fine, but only Acrobat freezes after launch.

About 3–5 seconds after opening the app, a white pop-up window appears, and Acrobat becomes completely unresponsive.

The application will not close normally, and I have to force quit it every time.

I have already used the Adobe Cleaner Tool to completely remove Acrobat and reinstall it several times, but the same issue keeps happening.

If this is being caused by the new feature introduction pop-up, could you please provide a way to disable it or fix it in an update? This issue makes the application unusable.
