"Acrobat failed to load its Core DLL"

adobe acrobat reader dc 설치를 누르면 이미 설치되어 있다는 메세지가 뜨고, McAfee Safe Connect 만 다운 받아집니다.

그리고 이후에 설치 완료를 누르면 "Acrobat failed to load its Core DLL" 이라는 알림창이 뜨고 작동은 똑같이 되지 않습니다.
