렌더링할 때 출력을 라우팅할 수 없지만 단추를 누를 때 라우팅 창이 나타납니다.

    If it doesn't help, try resetting the preferences of After Effects: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects/faq-how-to-reset-trash-preferences-in-after-effects/td-p/10634342

    Thanks for reaching out.

    What happens when you try to specify the output location? Does it show any error message? What's the exact version of After Effects you're using? Also, what are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS)?

    Hello. Sorry for the late response. When I try to save the output location, no window pops up.
    I don't get any error messages. The button is pressed and there's no response.
    It's the same with reinstalling the program.
    The after effects specification uses the latest specification.
    cpu : intel Xeon E5 2620
    GPU : NVIDIA GeForce 1650 SUPER
    RAM : 32 GBytes
    OS: I'm using window 10 pro.
    I'd really appreciate it if you could solve my problem.
