에프터이펙트에서 프리셋이 적용되지 않아요.
모션그래픽 작업을 하던 도중에 텍스트 프리셋을 적용해 보려고 하니 사전설정찾아보기를 눌러도 bridge 프로그램이 열리지도 않고, 효과에서 프리셋들이 나오지도 않고 마치 프리셋과 에프터이펙트가 연결이 되지 않는 것 같은 상황이 계속 반복이 됩니다.
설치가 잘못되었나 싶어서 다시 지웠다가 설치해 보아도 똑같이 반복만 되는데 어떤게 문제인지 아시나요?

There is a known bug when you double-click animation presets in Adobe Bridge. The workaround is to preview the Animation Presets in Bridge and then use the Effects and Presets panel in After Effects to search for the preset by name and drag it from there to the layer you are trying to animate.
