SVG is no export format for selected page items or whole pages in the current versions of InDesign.
With the old InDesign CS3 version 5 we had the feature.
That said: You may produce some SVG contents if you do Publish Online and save the result back to your machine. To fetch the SVG content could be a bit tricky, though.
You will find inline SVG codeof outlined type in the publication.html file of a page that is temporarily present in a temp folder for a short while after a page is exported with Publish Online. Or you should be able to save the code and dig into it when the Publish Online page is present in your browser's window.
Or you could export contents to PDF, open the PDF in Adobe Illustrator and save as SVG file from there.
