Adobe Media Encoder 2020 – Version 14.x

Hello Adobe Support Team,

I am contacting you to request official offline installers or direct download links for the following macOS applications:

1. Adobe After Effects 2020 – Version 17.7 (Build 45)

• I currently have this version installed and working.

• I would like to obtain a backup installer for emergency recovery in case I need to reinstall macOS or replace my computer.

• I do not want to upgrade to After Effects 2021 (version 18.0) or a newer version.

2. Adobe Media Encoder 2020 – Version 14.x (preferably 14.9)

• I need this version to work with my existing After Effects 2020 installation through Adobe Dynamic Link.

• Creative Cloud only offers newer versions, which may not be compatible with my workflow.

I use macOS Monterey 12 on an Apple M1 MacBook Air.

Maintaining these specific versions is essential because I work with older After Effects projects and collaborate with other users who use older Adobe versions. Upgrading could cause project compatibility issues.

I understand that these versions are no longer available through the regular Creative Cloud download menu.

Could you please check whether official macOS installers, archived installation packages, or direct download links are available for these two specific versions?

If version 14.9 of Media Encoder is unavailable, any official Media Encoder 2020 version (14.x) would be helpful.

I have a valid Adobe account and would appreciate your assistance in preserving my existing workflow.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards
