Im trying to allow Photoshop Express in our applocker policy. From the error log from that Creative Cloud Desktop I can see it's Applocker blocking it

Exit Code: 504
-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------

Using the above and the error from th local event viewer I have tired created a Applocker package rule

 For the publisher i've used - CN=ADOBE INC., OU=%22LIGHTROOM, CAMERA RAW%22, O=ADOBE INC., L=SAN JOSE, S=CA, C=US, SERIALNUMBER=2748129, OID.2.5.4.15=PRIVATE ORGANIZATION, OID.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.60.2.1.2=DELAWARE, OID.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.60.2.1.3=US*

(I've used a wildcard at the end of the publisher due to the full fqbn from the event log error has to many characters

CN=ADOBE INC., OU=%22LIGHTROOM, CAMERA RAW%22, O=ADOBE INC., L=SAN JOSE, S=CA, C=US, SERIALNUMBER=2748129, OID.2.5.4.15=PRIVATE ORGANIZATION, OID.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.60.2.1.2=DELAWARE, OID.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.60.2.1.3=US\ADOBESYSTEMSINCORPORATED.ADOBEPHOTOSHOPEXPRESS\APPX\3.12.1.00)

Package name - AdobeSystemsIncorporated.AdobePhotoshopExpress

Package version - "*" A wildcard as done with other rules. I have also tried the version 3.12.1.00 as seen in the event log.

But the app is still being blocked anyone come across and resolved this before?

TIA

sounds like an applocker issue, not an adobe issue.

Brother, I want to launch Photoshop Express now with the Applocker policy, but nothing is happening. Looking at the log of Creative Cloud, I realized that the Applocker was actually blocking it.

The log shows Exit Code: 504, and HDHELper.exe fails to install the app. Err code 0x800704C - means straightforward, the app is stopping the app from our policy.

I made an Applocker rule with full detail from the Event Viewer. I finished with the Wildcard what was in the Publisher section because the whole is pretty big.

Name of the package: Adobesestemsincorpored.adobephotoshpexpress and version "*", once in the log, I didn't even see it with 3.12.1.0.

It is not leaving anything, not installed. Has anyone been able to manage such problems?
