Welcome to the community. Ideally, it should not happen that the Premiere Rush would crash while exporting.

We would need more info to troubleshoot.

• What's the source of the media files?
• Are you getting any error message? If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot?

I hope your project was synced with Creative Cloud. When syncing is enabled it will save the files in Creative Cloud and lets you access the files from multiple devices. I am sharing an article that may help you: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-rush/help/project-syncing-premiere-rush.html
