연간 플랜을 샀는데도 데스크탑에서 내보내기 제한이 되면서 플랜을 구매하라고 합니다.

연간 플랜을 46,000원 주고 샀고 데스크탑 어플에 로그인 후 영상을 편집하고 내보내기를 하려고 하는데 플랜을 구매하라면서 내보내기 횟수가 3회로 제한이 되어 있습니다. 해결 부탁드립니다.
